About the event
Bring your laptop or notebook and enjoy some group writing time! Develop your work in progress, connect with other writers, and get closer to your writing goals in a welcoming environment. Come along once or join us every month.
Our writers' gym will be hosted by Billy, one of The Scarlett Letters’ booksellers, who is also a professional fiction editor and published writer. They will be on-hand throughout to give feedback and encouragement to anyone who wants it!
Event outline:
3pm: short introduction from Billy, we'll set our intentions for the hour
3.15-4.15 pm: one hour of solo writing time
4.15-4.30 pm: optional sharing and feedback
4.30pm onwards: mingle with the other writers, browse the bookshelves
